The Aviation Industry Skills Board (AISB) has a long history, formed in 2008 it is unique in that it is a fully independent board led by aviation employer organisations who with their stakeholder sector partners, are all passionate and committed to continually raising professionalism and improving business performance through the development of skills in the workforce.
Since its formation the board have worked collaboratively, strategically responding proactively to the ever changing skills environment for the benefit of the whole sector.
